Description

You will champion and deliver user experience design across future-forward digital offerings, focusing on complex features spanning the vehicle interface and the mobile app. You will become deeply knowledgeable on key product functions, including underlying hardware or mechanical aspects, to design the right experiences. You will collaborate with design, engineering, product, and hardware teams to turn experience goals into concrete requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design for key features in the vehicle and mobile experience
• Translate desired experiences into clear, actionable requirements
• Collaborate deeply with product managers and engineering partners
• Benchmark industry UI/UX and feature offerings to ensure designs are unique and forward-leaning
• Present design concepts to leadership and cross-functional teams, advocating for a user-centered approach
• Deliver high quality, organized production files and provide clarifications to engineering partners
• QA designs in the vehicle and app to achieve pixel-perfect final execution

Requirements

• Portfolio required with a link to relevant credentials and work samples; applications without a portfolio link will not be considered
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interaction Design, Human Factors, Product Design, or related discipline
• 7+ years’ experience delivering end-to-end digital UX for an automotive company, digital technology company, or similar domains
• Strong portfolio highlighting UX solutions relevant to complex requirements
• Deep proficiency with digital UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, ProtoPie)
• Proven ability to collaborate with user research
• Collaborative mindset across hardware, embedded software, and cloud environments
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
