Design and maintain modern, high-performing components that power product experiences across millions of users. Create scalable tokens and reusable patterns to drive consistency and innovation, ensuring design-to-code alignment through close collaboration with engineering while contributing to AI and automation that streamline workflows for designers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Design at a high level of craft for a broad population of users
• Lead a roadmap of work and collaborate across cross-functional partners
• Solicit feedback throughout the product design lifecycle
• Provide a service mindset for user questions and feedback
• Champion AI-native ways of working
• Engage design research at the right points in the design process
• Rapidly prototype and experiment in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate with kindness and empathy
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Strong understanding of enterprise-scale design systems, including tokens, patterns, components, theming, and usage documentation, and system-compliant AI context management
• Experience in AI-native tools like Cursor, Claude, or similar
• Familiarity with engineering workflows, versioning, and how design tokens translate into code (e.g., JSON, CSS variables)
• Builds and maintains system libraries with an eye toward generative UX and AI-assisted design workflows
• Actively contributes to design system governance
• Uses systems thinking to simplify complexity and create intuitive, scalable solutions
• Facilitates Design Thinking to unlock creativity and alignment across cross-functional teams
• Embraces ambiguity and energizes teams through change
• Leads by example—mentoring, doing, and shaping team culture
