Description

You will lead technical mastery and guide teams to deliver product and process innovations. The role combines deep technical problem-solving with leadership and project execution, emphasizing capability building and innovation across multiple engineering disciplines. You may work on advanced manufacturing capabilities including control system improvements, prototyping, scalable processes, precision instrumentation, and robotics integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, and implementation of complex control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions
  • Lead mechanical process/equipment development and prototyping from early phases through delivery
  • Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes, including validation, technical specifications, and supplier qualifications
  • Lead invention and refinement of material conversion and high-speed packaging technologies
  • Design, implement, and maintain precision instrumentation and metrology systems for quality control and performance optimization
  • Lead conceptualization, development, and integration of robotic solutions for manufacturing tasks
  • Lead sustainable engineering solutions (waste, energy, water) and manage site infrastructure projects
  • Build long-term technical capability, lead adoption of advanced digital solutions, and ensure HS&E/quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Materials Science, Packaging Science, Environmental, Civil)
  • 0–5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research experience, academic count)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify root causes and interpret data to drive decisions
  • Project mindset with demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage timelines/budgets
  • Leadership potential; strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in scope, schedule, and cost
  • Willingness to relocate throughout your career
  • Ability to travel 10–25%
