Description

You’ll lead an engineering team responsible for 300+ destination integrations that power data delivery for customers across scales. The role combines technical execution—shipping fast, improving sync speed, and optimizing reliability/performance—with people leadership through ownership, autonomy, and raising the technical bar.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize requests for new destinations and enhancements to existing integrations
• Improve sync speed for large-volume data across diverse destination types, including HTTP APIs, file transfers, and data warehouses
• Drive performance work using parallelism, batching, rate-limit detection, and algorithmic optimizations
• Explore AI developer productivity and enablement to ship faster with higher quality
• Lead by example in technical execution and ensure the team focuses on highest-value deliverables
• Collaborate with engineers on solutions and work with customers/integration partners on new use cases

Requirements

• Motivated by delivering customer value quickly
• Proven ability to mentor and guide newer engineers
• Comfortable with a blend of hands-on development and people leadership
• Strong first-principles reasoning and curiosity to reach ground truth
• Ability to make clear decisions in ambiguous situations and communicate with clarity
• Bonus: experience building and scaling a platform with hundreds of API integrations

Benefits

• Salary range: $200,000–$400,000 USD per year (location independent under remote-first policy)
