Description

Join as a core leader to drive omnichannel payments product innovation through the full product life cycle. You will act as the voice of the customer, build profitable products, guide successful launches using discovery and feedback, and ensure scalability, resiliency, and stability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed expectations.

Role Description

• Own end-to-end product life cycle for omnichannel and biometrics product offerings
• Develop product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Own the product backlog and align it to the strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Track key success metrics including cost, feature/functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and product vision
• Manage discovery and market research to define customer solutions and shape the product roadmap
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog
• Build the framework and track key success metrics (cost, functionality, risk posture, reliability)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
