Description

Drive the strategy, execution, and lifecycle management of a hardware product portfolio for restaurant technology, from concept through end-of-life. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Customer Success teams to keep hardware solutions market-leading, profitable, and aligned with customer needs. You will manage existing hardware products and help identify and deliver new innovations across terminals, peripherals, mobility solutions, displays, kiosks, IoT, and emerging hardware technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Own hardware portfolio lifecycle from concept through end-of-life

  • Build business cases and recommendations for new hardware products, accessories, and portfolio expansion

  • Monitor revenue, margin, adoption, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics

  • Partner with Finance and Operations to optimize pricing, profitability, inventory, and lifecycle planning

  • Contribute to short- and long-term hardware roadmaps aligned with growth strategy

  • Evaluate market trends, emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitor offerings

  • Translate customer and business requirements into prioritized product requirements

  • Act as liaison between Product Management and stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing

  • Drive alignment and execution for development and launches

  • Lead cross-functional readiness for launches, updates, and lifecycle transitions

  • Coordinate with software product teams to ensure strong hardware/software experiences

  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback and field intelligence

  • Support sales teams with customer opportunities and hardware recommendations

  • Support product demonstrations and executive briefings

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, sales enablement materials, and launch content

  • Track product KPIs, launch milestones, risks, and dependencies

  • Drive continuous improvement in product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction

  • Support supplier, ODM, and partner engagements as required

  • Maintain product documentation, competitive analyses, and portfolio reporting
