Description

Lead the development and delivery of AI-powered products that solve real business problems and create measurable customer value. Own product strategy and roadmap, manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization, and collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, data, and UX teams. Drive responsible adoption of Generative AI and intelligent automation while balancing customer needs, business goals, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate AI product vision, roadmap, and success metrics

• Identify opportunities for AI and Generative AI to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, or revenue

• Build business cases and value propositions for AI initiatives

• Own the product lifecycle: ideation, launch, and iterative optimization

• Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, and prioritize features

• Define MVPs and drive iterative releases based on feedback and outcomes

• Partner with Data Scientists, Engineers, Architects, and UX teams throughout delivery

• Work with AI/ML teams to define model requirements, training approaches, and deployment strategies

• Drive adoption of Generative AI, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and recommendation engines

• Monitor performance and recommend enhancements using data-driven insights

• Serve as liaison among business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership

• Present strategy, roadmap, progress updates, and outcomes to executives

• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and align priorities

• Ensure compliance with governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements

• Advocate for ethical and responsible AI (explainability, transparency, fairness, risk management)

Benefits

• Salary range: $95,000–$100,000 per year
