Description

You will support the Product Manager in developing and improving products. You will combine customer feedback, market analysis, and usage data to identify optimization opportunities and develop suitable solutions, working with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and initiatives and coordinate product launches. The role builds experience across the full product lifecycle and helps you grow toward an independent Product Management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Manager with the development and ongoing improvement of products
• Bring together customer feedback, market analyses, and usage data to identify optimization potential and define appropriate solutions
• Support cross-functional teams in implementing new features and initiatives
• Coordinate product launches
• Take ownership of specific topic areas
• Build experience across the entire product lifecycle
• Continuously develop toward an independent Product Management role

Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable qualification
• Relevant experience in product management, business development, or an analytical role
• Strong analytical skills and structured working style
• Independent, proactive way of working
• Persuasive communication and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (including in English)
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to recognize optimization opportunities
• Hands-on mentality and high willingness to learn
• Ability to keep overview and set priorities on complex topics
