Description
Shape and deliver FinTech-enabled solutions for corporate clients by defining product vision and roadmap, identifying market opportunities and emerging technologies, developing business cases, prioritizing investments, and translating strategic objectives into measurable product outcomes. Act as the voice of the customer and business to lead product development, commercialization, governance, and lifecycle management while balancing client desirability, commercial viability, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and technical feasibility.
Accountabilities
- Provide SME expertise on specific products and services: features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks, and compliance.
- Identify market trends, new features, regulatory requirements, and potential risks; analyze data from sales figures and customer feedback; communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on product usage.
- Present product advantages and features to potential customers to build trust and encourage adoption.
- Assist with development and execution of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, online content).
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to share product knowledge.
- Participate in events, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase the product.

- Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, supporting control and governance; demonstrate leadership and accountability for risk and strengthening controls.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of organizational functions to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with other workstreams and support areas to stay aligned with business activity and strategy.
- Create solutions using sophisticated analytical thought, comparing complex alternatives; perform in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Adopt extensive research outcomes in problem-solving processes.
- Build and maintain trusting internal/external relationships and partnerships; use influencing and negotiating skills to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
- Understanding of payments products including Wire, ACH, Check, FX and associated client workflows.
- Knowledge of industry standards and connectivity models including SWIFT, ISO 20022 XML, MT formats, APIs and NACHA.
- Experience working with FinTechs, digital platforms, embedded finance providers or sponsor banking models.
- Understanding of corporate banking, treasury management and transaction banking products.
- Proven track record owning and delivering strategic initiatives and product enhancements.
- Experience managing products through the full lifecycle from concept through commercialization.
- Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working in regulated financial services environments.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, product development frameworks and roadmap management.
