Description

The Product Manager leads strategy, planning, positioning, and product life cycle management for assigned product line(s), ensuring profitability and growth. You will use leadership, analytical skills, and business acumen to maximize growth, revenue, and performance. Responsibilities include managing development and innovation opportunities, sunsetting, enhancements, and guiding business decisions with KPIs and financial expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product line strategy by identifying and evaluating current and future market opportunities
  • Manage product life cycle for assigned product lines, including new product development/innovation and sunsetting
  • Maintain deep knowledge of markets, channels, customer needs, industry trends, and go-to-market strategy; adjust strategy based on opportunities, threats, and internal goals
  • Lead cross-functional business case development including KPIs/financial expectations, forecasts, and investment/commercialization strategy
  • Gather and synthesize sales, market, customer, and other data to inform product strategy decisions
  • Actively manage product line performance using financial metrics and KPIs and determine actions to improve results
  • Benchmark against competitors and position products through differentiation and portfolio planning
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, align teams to shared goals, and communicate product line updates clearly across the organization
  • Provide direction, mentorship, and coaching; may manage early-career talent

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or technical field (MBA preferred)
  • Ability to translate data analysis into actionable opportunities
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and cross-functional teamwork skills with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and documentation communication
  • Proven ability to translate complex customer and channel needs into business cases and portfolio roadmaps
  • Strategic planning capability and track record supporting profitable business growth
  • Ability to conceptualize, integrate, and execute new solutions within a business
  • Travel up to 20%
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship intended for this role
