Description

Provide technical support for customers and business partners during the installation, commissioning, and service of photovoltaic (PV) power plants and battery storage systems (BESS). Diagnose and resolve electrical and software issues, including online remote support and occasional on-site service visits. Lead technical training and webinars and maintain service documentation and customer feedback records.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for PV and BESS systems to customers and partners

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and software problems

• Travel to customer sites for service interventions and commissioning support

• Deliver online technical support via phone, email, and remote access

• Conduct technical trainings and webinars for installer companies, service partners, and professional customers

• Coordinate with internal teams to improve the quality of technical support

• Manage service documentation and track customer feedback

Requirements

• 1–3 years of practical experience in electrical engineering

• Valid electrical qualification

• Good orientation in electrical engineering and electrical installation work

• Advantage: experience with PV inverters, battery storage systems, or monitoring platforms

• Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and common applications)

• Advantage: knowledge of Modbus communication protocol

• English at least B2 (written and spoken)

• Czech at native speaker level

• Driver’s license class B and willingness to travel for service visits and training

• Excellent communication skills, independence, and customer-oriented approach
