Description

You will provide technical administration and support for clients’ ERP systems at an L2 level, handling installations, configurations, updates, and incident troubleshooting. The role includes professional communication with customers by email and phone in Czech and English, plus collaboration with developers and application consultants. You will also manage databases (MS SQL, Oracle) and Windows Server/Linux environments while staying current on cybersecurity trends and practical AI usage in IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Technical administration and L2 support for client ERP systems

• Install, configure, and update software according to documentation

• Communicate with customers via email and phone (Czech and English)

• Collaborate with developers and application consultants to resolve incidents

• Administer databases (MS SQL, Oracle) and manage Windows Server/Linux systems

• Monitor cybersecurity trends and apply AI tools in IT operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of real IT experience in a comparable role (L1/L2 support, systems management, sysadmin)

• Ability to install and configure Windows Server and Linux

• Basic knowledge of MS SQL or Oracle (installation, backups, troubleshooting)

• English B2 for professional email communication with foreign clients

• Independence and responsibility to complete tasks end-to-end
