Description

You will support service engineering activities across multiple projects, including execution, investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical and quality-related issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Quality Assurance, Customer Support), support maintenance and service activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will also develop technical concepts and tailored engineering solutions to address customer needs and provide lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot service activities

• Develop technical concepts and customer-focused solutions

• Support maintenance and field engineering operations

• Collaborate with project, quality, and customer teams

• Prepare technical documentation and service reports

• Drive continuous improvement and service performance

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Automation, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3+ years of experience in service engineering, maintenance, technical support, or similar

• Experience/understanding of Field Engineering and Service Operations

• Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues

• Experience developing technical concepts and customer-oriented solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English and Polish

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Willingness to travel occasionally to support customers and projects
