Description

You will respond to customer inquiries and independently create offers, including the technical side for PC and server solutions. The role includes communication with corporate customers by email, phone, and in person, and occasional support for marketing/advertising activities and store operations (including service help or PC builds). Bonus/compensation is tied to sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests

• Create sales offers and technical quotations for PC and server solutions

• Communicate with corporate customers via email, phone, and in person

• Manage or support a small sales team (preferred)

• Handle situations such as delivery complications or complaints (preferred)

• Fill out technical specifications for offered products

• Occasionally assist with service tasks or building PC configurations and other store operations

Requirements

• Strong communication skills

• Solid PC skills

• Mandatory: interest in and knowledge of IT and new technologies

• At onboarding, knowledge of CPU types, graphics card types, and compatibility/compatibility limitations

• Ability to learn new topics quickly
