Responsibilities

• Provide system support to customers and internal consultants
• Perform troubleshooting and complaint handling; coordinate solutions with the supplier
• Manage installations and configuration for VMware/Linux and Windows environments
• Support QAD ERP deployments and installation of new QAD products

Requirements

• Advanced Linux/Unix knowledge (administration)
• Conversational English
• Knowledge of Windows (installation, configuration)
• Knowledge of MS Office (installation, configuration)
• Network configuration and setup
• Basic hardware knowledge
• University or technical secondary education
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license group B
