Description

You will consult customers on the QAD ERP system by analyzing business processes, configuring the system, and training end users.

You will also resolve support incidents, communicate with customers (partly in English), and coordinate with international vendors on issue debugging and fixes.

In addition, you will analyze and test QAD software changes requested by customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business processes and configure QAD

• Train QAD users

• Investigate and resolve support incidents

• Communicate with customers (partly in English)

• Manage issue claims with foreign vendors and support debugging/solutions (in English)

• Analyze requested QAD software changes

• Test requested QAD software changes

Requirements

• High school education

• Advanced English

• Advanced MS Office PC skills

• IT orientation

• Communication skills

• Analytical skills

• Willingness to travel

• Valid B driving license

• Entry-level candidates are welcome (no prior experience required)
