Description

You will support complex customer projects in server, storage, virtualization, backup, and cloud. You analyze customer requirements, help develop initial IT concepts with experienced colleagues, and assist in implementing new architectures while gradually moving into a trusted advisor role.

Responsibilities

• Take step-by-step more responsibility in demanding customer projects across server, storage, virtualization, backup, and cloud

• Analyze customer requirements and develop early IT concepts with experienced colleagues

• Participate in implementing new architectures

• Be systematically guided toward the Trusted Advisor role and learn to advise customers strategically and technology-overall

• Continuously grow and actively bring your expertise into the team and with customers

Requirements

• Technical training or technical degree, or at least 3 years of professional experience as a Technician/System Engineer/System Administrator

• Solid knowledge of at least one leading datacenter platform (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC, Cisco, HPE, VMware, Red Hat) and first project experience

• Willingness to take responsibility in customer projects, learn new technologies, and develop further in consulting

• Basic knowledge of networking and cloud (preferred), ideally with early certifications or readiness to obtain them quickly

• Secure communication in German (English is a plus)

• Team spirit, willingness to learn, and ability to grow from feedback
