• Role: Maintenance Technician for a new warehouse launch

• Training: 1–2 months onboarding in Prague, then relocation to the newly opening warehouse

Description

You will help bring a completely new warehouse online and make sure the facility runs reliably from the start. The job includes maintaining and repairing warehouse technologies (conveyors, automated equipment, racking systems, and building infrastructure), diagnosing faults, and driving maintenance improvements. You will work with colleagues across the operation and support safe, efficient day-to-day throughput.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs of warehouse technologies and building infrastructure

• Ensure preventive and operational maintenance to minimize downtime

• Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions

• Follow safety regulations and support safe warehouse operations

• Maintain basic technical documentation and support equipment inspections

• Propose improvements to reliability and maintenance efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in technical maintenance or equipment management

• Ability to solve technical problems independently and stay calm during unexpected situations

• Careful, responsible work and safety as a priority

• Interest in learning new technologies and further development

• Ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues across the operation

• Completed technical secondary education
