Description

Start an apprenticeship as an IT Systems Integration Technician beginning 1 August 2027. You’ll help deliver first- and second-level IT support, support the IT hotline, and assist with hardware replacement plus software and operating system installations and guidance. You’ll also contribute to creating an online forum and guides and plan and lead your own final project.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for employees
• Support the IT hotline
• Perform hardware swaps
• Support software and operating system installations and user onboarding
• Assist with exchanging servers or conference-room hardware
• Create a high-availability online forum, presentations, and system/process instructions
• Plan and lead an in-house final project

Requirements

• (Fach-)Hochschulreife
• Ideally: completion of Information Technology Assistant (m/w/d)
• Mathematical-technical understanding and analytical skills
• Good PC knowledge
• English skills
• High personal commitment and enjoyment working in a team
