IT Support Specialist (Bank Factoring System)

Description

You will support and help develop a factoring application for the banking sector. The role includes user support, end-to-end involvement in proposing and testing new functionality, preparing SQL reports from real banking data, and contributing to the system’s security and operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle user questions and help users with the application

• Propose and test new features (from start to finish)

• Analyze data and prepare SQL reports using SQL Server (MSSQL) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)

• Contribute to system security and operations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar position

• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment

• Independence and willingness to drive tasks to completion
