Description

You will provide efficient technical support to external customers using the company’s products and to internal employees across hardware, systems, and software. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing and configuring equipment, answering customer inquiries by phone/email, documenting and managing tickets in Zendesk, and running remote sessions to resolve product-related issues. You will also support office and conference equipment, maintain internal IT policies, collaborate with Development and Sales, and mentor your teammates while continuously improving your product knowledge and the support process.

• Salary: 8,800–11,000 PLN gross (employment contract) or 9,600–13,200 PLN net + VAT monthly (B2B) plus quarterly bonuses
