Description

Design end-to-end features for web product panels—from problem discovery and user flows to wireframes, mockups, implementation support, and design QA. Use audits, data analysis, and usability research to drive product improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to refine scope and handoffs. Work within and expand a Figma Design System using components, tokens, and auto-layouts, while applying UX research methods and modern AI tools to improve workflow and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end features: discovery → user flows → wireframes → mockups → implementation support → design QA

• Implement product improvements from audits, data analysis, and usability research

• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, and designers on scope decomposition and interaction specifications

• Expand Design System in Figma (components, tokens, auto-layouts) and create new patterns

• Conduct UX research: interviews, usability testing, and qualitative/quantitative data analysis

• Optimize workflow using AI tools

• Design effectively under technical and real-world system constraints

Requirements

• 4+ years of overall design experience, with at least 2 years in a product team

• Strong analytical thinking and problem decomposition skills

• Hands-on experience with qualitative/quantitative data and analytics tools (including AI-assisted streamlining)

• Proven UX research experience (usability tests, in-depth interviews, surveys, and research analysis)

• HTML and CSS fundamentals for web development context and frontend handoffs

• English fluency (B2+ minimum)

• High independence, ownership, problem-solving mindset, and strong work organization

• Aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and commitment to visual consistency

• Solid proficiency in using AI tools in daily design workflow

• Portfolio demonstrating solid end-to-end product design experience
