Description

Own the end-to-end design process for key product features, translating complex user problems into intuitive, user-focused designs. You will work with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to iterate using data and user research, while mentoring junior designers and guiding design principles. You will also support design system refinement and ensure effective engineering design handoffs to enable rapid, iterative product releases.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on product features in adherence to design principles and guidelines

• Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth design handoffs and implementation

• Identify and document information architecture, user personas, and journey maps

• Partner with product managers to gather user feedback and iteratively improve the product experience

• Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance the user experience

• Contribute to maintenance and expansion of the design system for consistency across products

• Mentor junior designers

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience

• Solid understanding of UX and UI design principles

• Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to prioritize user experience

• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools

• Experience working with and contributing to design systems

• Strong eye for interaction design and visual detail at a system level
