Description

You will maintain and enhance virtual desktop services based on Citrix and Microsoft. You will ensure a stable, high-performing end-user environment through troubleshooting complex issues, supporting core infrastructure, and delivering operational excellence across virtual desktop platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support virtualized environments based on Citrix and Microsoft technologies.

• Administer and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex virtual desktop/VDI issues.

• Provide operational support and perform maintenance across the Citrix platform.

• Manage and support Windows desktop and Windows Server environments.

• Handle incidents, service requests, and changes per operational processes.

• Support and maintain Citrix components including StoreFront, Desktop Delivery Controller, profile management, and Citrix policies.

• Contribute to stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the workplace environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).

• Working knowledge of Desktop Delivery Controller (DDC), StoreFront, profile management, and Citrix policies.

• Strong troubleshooting skills in virtual desktop and VDI environments.

• Solid experience administering Windows Desktop and Windows Server.

• Practical knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) management.

• Networking fundamentals knowledge and impact on end-user services.

• Ability to create and maintain PowerShell scripts.

• Proactive and independent with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
