Description

Operate, administer, and monitor Microsoft workplace environments spanning Windows Server/client systems, Active Directory and GPO, Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops, and Citrix NetScaler. Manage patch and update cycles (including SCCM-based software packaging/distribution) and support Azure Services and AVD automation via scripting such as PowerShell. Handle incidents, problems, and changes, analyze monitoring alerts, and maintain operational/process/system documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate, administer, and monitor Windows Server environments (2012–2025) and Windows clients (7–11)
• Manage Active Directory, GPO structures, DNS/DHCP, and file/print/web server services
• Support Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops and NetScaler components (Gateway, reverse proxy, load balancer)
• Perform patch and update management, including software packaging/distribution with SCCM
• Support Azure services, AVD, and automation via scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
• Handle incidents, problems, and changes and participate in major incident handling
• Analyze monitoring alerts and proactively troubleshoot errors
• Create and maintain operational, process, and system documentation

Requirements

• Very strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012–2025 and Windows 7–11
• Solid experience with Active Directory, GPO management, and Windows File Services
• Very strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops and NetScaler
• Experience with SCCM as well as software packaging and distribution
• Very strong PowerShell skills
• Experience with release and change management and troubleshooting complex IT environments
• Analytical thinking, independent working style, and teamwork
• Experience implementing complex projects
