Description

You will administer and optimize Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace services and help shape Zero-Trust security and compliance in the environment. The role includes automation with PowerShell/Power Automate, supporting on-premises to cloud migrations, and ensuring security and data protection requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID
• Introduce and further develop Zero-Trust, security, and compliance concepts
• Support migrations of on-premises workloads to the cloud
• Develop automated solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, or comparable tools
• Set up standardized deployment, provisioning, and management processes for clients and M365 workloads
• Analyze existing processes with a focus on efficiency improvements and error reduction
• Maintain and enhance MDM solutions, especially Microsoft Intune
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection guidelines and collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable IT training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration)
• In-depth experience in administering Microsoft 365 and cloud services
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Very good PowerShell skills; Power Automate experience is beneficial
• Understanding of modern security concepts such as Conditional Access, MFA, and compliance
• Structured, solution-oriented approach and strong affinity for automation
• Experience with Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux endpoints
• Ability to consult business departments on Modern Workplace topics
• Team-oriented attitude and service-focused IT support skills
