Description

As a Solution Architect, you will create and document IT solutions at the project level. You will collaborate with business, security, and development teams to design digital solutions for both on-premise and cloud environments—ensuring compliance with governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Create, explain, and document architecture solutions and security countermeasures primarily within internal projects

• Design distributed systems applications (front and back end) in AWS and Azure using native cloud/serverless approaches, as well as on-premise

• Design cross-environment end-to-end systems spanning both on-premise and cloud

• Document and maintain architecture decisions, goals, debts, risks, and technical quality requirements in Confluence

• Model solutions using UML and ArchiMate diagrams

• Research and advise on modern technologies/solutions; drive architecture patterns and reference components; run spikes to learn technologies introduced

Requirements

• Fluent English

• University degree in Computer Science or related field

• Several years of IT architecture experience focused on web-based environments

• Proficiency in one of the following stacks: Java + Spring Boot OR GraphQL + modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, Next.js)

• Knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure

• Advanced knowledge of architectural patterns

• Experience with micro-frontends, modern frontend architectures, and serverless architectures

• Hands-on knowledge in AI agentic software delivery

• Openness, solidity, responsibility, and customer needs orientation

• Analytical thinking and ability to work in a team

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to mentor team members in solution architecture and technology

• Ability to operate effectively under ambiguous requirements and conditions
