Description

You will be responsible for defining and continuously evolving the global Salesforce target architecture. Based on global business requirements and strategic roadmaps, you will design and implement scalable, integrable, future-proof Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds while driving innovation (Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud) and ERP integrations. You will also lead architecture standards, conduct architecture/design reviews, provide technical leadership to implementation partners, and ensure quality, performance, security, compliance, and modern DevOps/CI-CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global Salesforce target architecture

• Concept and implement scalable, integrable Salesforce solutions aligned with business roadmaps

• Develop architecture standards and best practices; run architecture and design reviews

• Shape the strategic evolution of the global Salesforce landscape across multiple clouds

• Drive initiatives including Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, and ERP integrations

• Advance platform development using enterprise integration and modern API architecture experience

• Collaborate with ERP experts on continuous end-to-end architecture evolution

• Provide technical leadership to external implementation partners

• Support international CRM transformation and rollout projects

• Ensure architecture governance and technical quality (performance, security, compliance)

• Apply modern DevOps and CI/CD standards
