Description

The Salesforce Specialist develops Salesforce solutions and supports the development team, ensuring technical designs align with business strategy and the Salesforce Services Solutions Technical Core Model. The role contributes to core model evolution delivery, supports application rollouts, and presents solution documentation to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce solutions and support other development team members

• Manage and implement technical designs aligned with business strategy

• Ensure integrity and evolution of Salesforce Services Solutions Technical Core Model

• Present solution documentation to diverse audiences

• Contribute to delivery of core model evolution based on business objectives

• Support application rollouts and ensure adherence to the core model

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, preferably in information technology or computer science

• 7+ years of experience understanding the Salesforce ecosystem

• Mandatory Salesforce certification: Platform Builder I

• Experience with Service & Community Cloud

• Salesforce architecture, design, and integration technologies (Platform Events, Connected Apps, Mobile SDK, SSO, OAuth, SOAP, REST, SOA)

• Apex development, including test classes and triggers

• Visualforce and JavaScript

• SOQL/SOSL

• Release Migration Tool experience

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
