Description

We are looking for a professional with Salesforce platform expertise plus a strong product and business mindset. You will develop and enhance Salesforce-based products supporting employee, manager, and operational team experiences in an international environment, working closely with business stakeholders to structure complex processes and translate user needs into practical solutions. You will take a holistic view of the product—from strategy and roadmap planning through backlog management to delivering improvements and creating positive user experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, focused on Salesforce Service Cloud
• Manage the product backlog and define priorities with business stakeholders
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning, and long-term development strategy
• Analyze user needs and translate them into business and functional requirements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and countries
• Monitor product usage, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate implementation of new features and support change adoption initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant role with strong business focus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills for international collaboration
