Description

You will complete a 3-year apprenticeship to learn how to install, test, and operate IT systems and telecommunications infrastructure. Training covers planning and implementing individual IT solutions, commissioning and maintaining systems, and ensuring IT security and data protection. You will also handle projects with both technical and commercial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply installation and assembly techniques

• Check the electrical safety of devices and operating equipment

• Learn and use telecommunications systems and installations

• Build and install network infrastructure and transmission systems

• Plan and implement individual IT solutions

• Commission, maintain, and document IT systems

• Apply IT security and data protection in IT systems

• Process projects with technical and commercial considerations

Requirements

• Strong interest in mathematics, physics, and technology

• Teamwork skills and strong engagement

• Good communication skills

• No color vision impairment

• Willingness to participate in a security clearance required for the role
