You will administer and improve server, storage, backup, virtualization, and network infrastructure as an IT Systems Administrator (Infrastructure).

Description

Operate and continuously develop Windows Server and Active Directory (including DNS/DHCP and Group Policy) and manage network services while ensuring system availability. Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Entra ID/Azure AD, and support proactive monitoring, patching, and incident resolution with 2nd/3rd-level escalation.

Responsibilities

  • Administration, monitoring, and further development of the server, storage, backup, and virtualization environment
  • Operate and support the network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS, WLAN, firewall, routing, switching)
  • Ensure system availability through monitoring, patch and update management, backup/restore processes, and proactive troubleshooting prevention
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, Group Policy, central IT services, and Microsoft 365/cloud services
  • Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests in the server, network, and infrastructure domain; support IT support during escalations
  • Carry out and support IT projects (rollouts, migrations), maintain IT documentation, asset/license management, disaster planning, and coordinate external service providers

Requirements

  • Sound hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
  • Good networking knowledge: LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS, WLAN, firewall, routing, switching
  • Experience with patch management and monitoring
  • Experience with endpoint security, access controls, and backup/restore processes
  • Administration experience for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Entra ID/Azure AD
  • Ability to independently prioritize work, document carefully, and communicate clearly with users, specialist departments, and vendors
  • Structured analysis and troubleshooting skills for server, network, and infrastructure incidents, including 2nd/3rd-level support on escalations
