Description

Administer and maintain server and network environments, including security infrastructure, and continuously develop and optimize the IT landscape. Work on and potentially lead IT projects by applying strong process, analytical, and conceptual skills.

Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of server and network environments and security infrastructure
• Continuous development and optimization of the IT landscape
• Participation in or leadership of IT projects

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or completed vocational training as a Fachinformatiker (system integration) / IT system administrator (or comparable IT qualification)
• Ideally first professional experience in system administration
• Knowledge of network architectures and network components (WLAN, firewalls)
• Very good process understanding plus analytical and conceptual abilities
• Structured, organized, and solution-oriented working style
