Description

You will administer, monitor, and further develop server, network, and system landscapes, ensuring reliable IT operations. The role includes error analysis and incident resolution, providing First- and Second-Level support for internal users, and maintaining and configuring hardware and software. You will also support IT projects such as system changes and rollouts, working closely with internal departments and external IT service providers.

Responsibilities

• Administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of server, network, and system environments

• Ensure smooth IT operations including error analysis and troubleshooting

• Provide First- and Second-Level support for internal users

• Set up, configure, and maintain hardware and software

• Participate in IT projects, system migrations, and rollouts

• Collaborate with internal teams and external IT service providers

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), IT system administrator (m/w/d), or similar IT qualification

• Practical experience in IT system and network administration

• Knowledge of common Windows Server environments

• Knowledge of Active Directory and network technology

• Structured, solution-oriented working style

• Good German; English is a plus
