Description

Build, maintain, and continuously improve security-relevant hardware, software components, and cloud services. Manage IT security and vulnerability management, ensure smooth and secure network operations, and act as the first contact for IT security topics. Plan and implement IT security solutions, support audits and security-policy monitoring, and provide staff training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance security-relevant hardware and software components and cloud services

• Manage IT security and vulnerability management

• Ensure secure, trouble-free network operation

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT security questions

• Plan and implement IT security solutions

• Raise awareness and train employees on IT security

• Support IT audits and monitor IT security policies

• Create documentation and process instructions

• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support and coordinate external service providers

Requirements

• Completed degree in an IT field or completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, including further training in IT security

• Ideally certifications in IT security

• Several years of professional experience in cyber security across cloud security, network security, endpoint security, identity & access management, and industrial security

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Communication skills, reliability, resilience, service orientation, and teamwork

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
