Description

You will own a product area end to end with minimal direction—framing loosely defined problems and delivering grounded, defensible work across systems and user surfaces. Your decisions will be grounded in evidence and measured impact, shaping success metrics and translating outcomes to customer benefit and business OKRs. You’ll also elevate the product with AI skills, agentic workflows, and reusable processes that reduce repetitive work and improve handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design with minimal direction

• Ground decisions in research and analytics; define success upfront

• Prioritize and synthesize competing signals to drive alignment

• Create implementation-ready deliverables and evolve templates for specs, flows, content, and edge cases

• Challenge patterns to deliver best-in-class experiences while maintaining quality

• Introduce AI skills, agentic flows, and reusable workflows to create measurable impact

• Influence cross-team collaboration via forums and clear decision structures

• Mentor designers and keep decisions, status, and risks current in shared tools

Requirements

• 8+ years in UX or product design

• Demonstrated autonomy leading broad, cross-cutting work from definition through delivery

• Ownership of metric-driven product understanding using Pendo, Dovetail, and research

• Strong prioritization judgment and ability to align stakeholders

• High documentation and craft bar with deep design system fluency

• AI fluency and ability to build reusable agentic workflows; comfort using Claude, Claude Code, Figma, and Cursor

• Strong collaboration, influence, and communication across Product, Engineering, and Research

• Customer obsession grounded in evidence
