Description

As a Senior Product Designer on EEAT, you’ll design tools used daily by teams that charge, maintain, and operate aircraft—making their work faster, safer, and more intuitive while supporting precision and traceability for aerospace operations. You’ll partner with product managers and engineers to deliver end-to-end design solutions across near-aircraft product surfaces and throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design from research and discovery through wireframes, prototypes, and final specs

• Translate charging, maintenance, and configuration workflows into simple, elegant user experiences

• Balance systems design with pixel-level attention to detail

• Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers as a thought partner

• Conduct user research and usability testing with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams

• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems across near-aircraft applications

• Rapidly prototype and test ideas early to validate decisions

• Measure usability and adoption to drive continuous improvement

• Use AI as part of your design and prototyping workflows to accelerate delivery and explore AI in end-user solutions

Requirements

• BA/BS in Design, HCI, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio of complex systems or enterprise tools

• Strong skills in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)

• Ability to simplify complex workflows through thoughtful interaction design

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing

• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences

• Proven track record driving projects from concept to launch in fast-paced environments

• Experience leveraging AI tools/workflows to accelerate design and prototyping

• Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and demonstrated cross-team collaboration

Benefits

• Compensation includes base pay plus Restricted Stock Units (RSUs); target base pay: $120,200–$191,100/year
