Description

Design the command processor, the front-end of the GPU pipeline, for next-generation GPU and AI engines. Work with GPU architects to implement logic that meets high performance, lower power, and timing requirements. Coordinate with verification engineers to improve code and functional coverage, and perform design rule checks (e.g., LINT, CDC) through tape-out sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Design the command processor for next-generation GPU and AI engines
• Implement high-performance, low-power logic with timing closure
• Coordinate with verification engineers to improve code quality and functional coverage
• Conduct design rule checks to support tape-out sign-off (LINT, CDC, etc.)
• Help post-silicon teams debug silicon issues when needed

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required; Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Multiple years of related ASIC design experience
• Project-level experience with design concepts
• Experience or familiarity with EDA tools and/or functional verification tools (VCS, Cadence, Mentor Graphics)
• Good understanding of computer organization and architecture
• Graphics and AI knowledge preferred
• Prior experience in a design lead role advantageous
• No visa sponsorship
