Description

You will develop and test software solutions that address user problems, building a strong technical foundation guided by senior team members. The role focuses on writing high-quality, reliable code, contributing to component-level design, and following the team’s SDLC and quality standards. You’ll also use established procedures to leverage AI tools and agents for routine development tasks.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing and developing software solutions for a subsystem or component

• Support software quality and reliability through testing and debugging

• Collaborate with internal and external communities by seeking feedback and learning from discussions

• Learn and apply best practices from senior associates and team leaders

• Own assigned tasks and deliver on time to create business impact for end users

• Learn and apply the team’s technical practices

• Use AI tools and agents (per established procedures) for routine development tasks and productivity

• Follow the team’s SDLC for all assigned tasks

Requirements

• Familiarity with back-end development: designing, developing, testing, and delivering back-end components

• Experience with Agile methodologies in a collaborative environment to understand stakeholder requirements

• Knowledge of component-level software design, including unit testing and readiness for integration

• Exposure to debugging and troubleshooting customer-reported problems, including unit testing code fixes

• Familiarity with automated CI/CD pipelines that move code through quality stages

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to front-end development: designing, developing, testing, and delivering front-end components

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools to support CI/CD pipeline development

• Exposure to L3 support engineering, including debugging customer-reported issues and unit testing code fixes
