Description

You will optimize daily operations for customers by analyzing and fixing errors with strong attention to detail. You implement new systems—from concept through documentation—in close collaboration with consultants, while ensuring smooth operation of heterogeneous environments. You will also help customers make their system landscapes future-ready through automation and virtualization.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in IT or at least 5 years of experience in the described tasks

• Ability to automate system landscapes using PowerShell and vRealize

• Strong expertise in at least three technical areas: Microsoft Server (including Active Directory), Exchange, SQL Server, Linux Server, VMware ESX, Citrix Digital Workspace, Cisco Meeting Server, antivirus products, Cisco networking, firewalls, server hardware

• German proficiency (C1) for communication with customers and colleagues (verbal and written)

• Solid English knowledge
