Description

You will support, optimize, and continuously improve M365 services, particularly Exchange Online. You will analyze complex scenarios, perform 2nd/3rd-level support, run security assessments with actionable recommendations, and manage mail flow, transport rules, and spam/phishing protection. You will also automate processes (e.g., with PowerShell) and take technical responsibility in software release and lifecycle projects while collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support, optimize, and further develop M365 services—especially Exchange Online
• Analyze and troubleshoot; provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex M365 and Exchange Online scenarios
• Conduct security assessments and create recommendations for action
• Administer and optimize mail flow, transport rules, spam and phishing protection
• Automate processes, for example with PowerShell
• Take technical ownership in software release and lifecycle projects
• Work closely with customers and internal teams

Requirements

• Completed IT education (e.g., IT specialist for systems integration) and at least 3 years of professional experience
• Solid knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and hybrid configurations
• Experience with mail flow, Security & Compliance, and email/transport encryption
• Comfort with CIS or BSI standards
• PowerShell proficiency and other common automation methods
• Structured, analytical working style and motivation to work on customer projects
• German proficiency at C1 level or higher
