Workplace Engineer - Windows

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workplace Engineer to support and enhance a modern Windows workplace environment.

The role focuses on endpoint management, Microsoft 365 services, software deployment, workplace security, and user support within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows endpoints using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Deploy software and manage patching
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Outlook and OneDrive
• Configure Windows and Outlook user profiles
• Troubleshoot workplace issues and maintain technical documentation
• Support workplace rollouts, migrations and security initiatives

Required Skills

• Several years of experience in Workplace Engineering or IT Operations
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Microsoft 365
• Windows 10 & Windows 11
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• PowerShell
• Endpoint Security
• Fluent German (mandatory)
• English for technical documentation
