Description

You will ensure the stable and secure operation of the organization’s Microsoft 365 and Azure environment. The role focuses on administering and continuously improving Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Intune, and optimizing cloud architecture with Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Zero-Trust concepts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and secure operation of Microsoft 365 and Azure

• Administer and further develop Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Intune

• Design and optimize cloud architecture including Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust concepts

• Automate using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph; improve deployment and provisioning processes

• Develop and implement security, governance, and compliance standards

• Perform monitoring and backup management; conduct root-cause analyses for long-term stability

• Plan and lead cloud projects; manage external service providers

• Control and optimize cloud usage costs

Requirements

• Completed IT degree or comparable qualification

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies: Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, OneDrive, Intune

• Knowledge of cloud operations, server, and workplace/endpoint environments

• Service-oriented mindset and working style

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Very good German and good English skills
