Description

You will advise customers on digitization and process automation for company pension (bAV) workflows, selecting technologies and testing solutions for sustainable, customer-specific strategies.

You will lead (partial) projects covering software solutions such as corporate customer portals, employee self-service systems, field sales and broker systems, and advisory tools.

You will also use AI tools in your domain and critically assess results to unlock AI potential for clients.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between insurance business departments and customer IT; design and manage core business processes enabled by IT solutions
• Take responsibility for (part) project leadership and steer implementation of software solutions (corporate customer portals, employee self-service, field sales and broker systems, advisory tools)
• Strategic consulting for digitization and process automation, including bAV portals, mass processing, and BiPRO
• Support presales activities for calculation and quotation processes with domain expertise
• Collaborate closely with business departments to select suitable technologies and test solutions

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of insurance experience, especially in bAV business processes of a life insurer
• Experience with IT systems and portals in the bAV context
• Experience in classical and agile project management (project controlling knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to quickly ramp up on new topics and apply relevant consulting methods
• Excellent German and good English
• Confident use of AI tools, critical evaluation of results, and ability to help clients identify AI opportunities
