Description

You will support product development and customer consulting in the insurance domain, especially around betrieblich Altersversorgung (bAV) and Zeitwertkonten. You will translate customer needs into functional specifications and interaction concepts, facilitate workshops, and support the technical implementation of the defined requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop software products in the bAV and Zeitwertkonten environment
• Advise customers on software integration projects
• Create functional specifications and interaction concepts for development
• Prepare, conduct, and document workshops
• Support the technical implementation of the created requirements

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable education
• Expertise in bAV and/or Zeitwertkonten
• First project experience
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to abstract
• Communication skills and confident presence with management stakeholders
• Very good German skills (at least C1) in speaking and writing
