Manage and support customer projects for an investment platform, including planning, coordination, quality, and risk management. Act as the interface between product development, operations, and sales, and help build consulting services for the onboarding and configuration of software solutions for new customers.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead specific customer projects

• Support establishing and evolving consulting services for introducing and configuring software solutions and services for new clients

• Support successful planning, steering, and execution of customer and internal projects

• Interface with product development, operational units, and sales

• Perform quality and risk management

Requirements

• Experience in the financial services industry, especially securities

• Experience as a project manager in developing and implementing complex software systems or in IT consulting

• Excellent communication skills and high customer orientation

• Entrepreneurial, analytical thinking; results-oriented and proactive working style

• Strong social competence, communication and conflict management skills, initiative

• Very good German

• Negotiation-level English
