Description

You will architect and evolve software solutions in the insurance environment by analyzing customer requirements and shaping architectural concepts. As an expert contact and coach, you will collaborate closely with project leadership and make autonomous decisions across solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Project planning support and IT expert/consulting for new solutions
• Analyze customer requirements and redesign into architectural concepts
• Make independent decisions across all solution designs
• Act as point of contact and coach for development teams
• Work closely with project management
• Proactively develop your own skills

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Strong knowledge of Java software development for JEE and JSF, including Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Jira, and Maven
• Experience documenting systems (e.g., ARC42)
• First experience in team leadership is beneficial
• Enjoy onboarding to new systems and technologies
• Very good German language skills (at least C1)
