Description

Consult on optimizing and transforming enterprise IT, with a strong focus on organization and processes, including roles and competencies. You will design and steer projects that improve processes, value streams, and organizational workflows, and lead cross-process initiatives for IT organization consulting and service governance. Support change through internal workshops and hands-on guidance to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage projects to improve processes, value streams, and organizational operations

• Design and manage cross-process programs for IT organization consulting and service governance

• Run internal workshops and actively support the customer in organizational change

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification

• Several years of consulting experience in Enterprise or IT Service Management, digital transformation, and IT organization optimization

• Proven experience with frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and project management methods

• ITIL 4 Managing Professional or ITIL V3 Expert certification (preferred)

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills

• Confident use of AI tools in the field

• Very good German and good English proficiency
