Description

You will manage and continuously improve Microsoft 365 cloud services such as Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID in a hybrid environment. The role includes implementing security and governance policies (e.g., Conditional Access and compliance policies) and automating administration using PowerShell. You will also support projects across group companies and train business teams to use the M365 platform and new features effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID)

• Implement security and governance policies for cloud apps and identities (e.g., Conditional Access, compliance policies)

• Automate administrative processes with PowerShell to improve efficiency

• Execute projects for different companies in the group

• Advise and train business teams on optimal use of the M365 platform and new features

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID

• Understanding of IT security and compliance (e.g., Conditional Access)

• Experience with PowerShell or comparable scripting languages

• Structured working approach and initial exposure to project work with multiple stakeholders

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics clearly

• Good English skills
