Description

You ensure the IT environment works reliably while continuously improving and evolving the system landscape. You act as a contact person for the company group, working with the team to shape systems with a focus on efficient solutions. The role combines first-level IT support, system administration, and support for digitalization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact in First-Level Support for three companies; support employees with IT requests in a reliable, solution-oriented way
• Support hardware and software procurement, setup, and administration
• Support administration and further development of the IT system landscape (servers, clients, networks, applications)
• Assist in introducing new systems, apps, and software solutions and support rollouts across the group
• Help analyze existing processes and implement optimizations and digitalization initiatives

Requirements

• Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist) or comparable qualification
• Several years of hands-on IT experience, ideally in a mid-sized company or IT service provider
• Solid knowledge of system administration, networks, and common operating systems and applications
• Experience in IT support and enjoyment of working with end users
